All prices listed on the website are valid for up to two people.
From the third person onwards, €20.00 per child (up to and including 12 years of age) and €30.00 per additional person (13 years and older) will be charged.
In addition, a final cleaning fee of €130.00 for the entire apartment and a tourist tax of €2.80 per person per night will be charged.
Equipment description
Newly renovated, exclusive apartment with swimming pool in Sirmione - Lugana.
The apartment is located on the ground floor and is connected to the basement by a spiral staircase. The exclusive property has a bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with two single beds, and a sofa bed in the lounge in the basement (for 2 people). The modern kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, microwave, induction stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, coffee and espresso machine, and electric kettle. A vacuum cleaner is available.
The apartment has a sofa, two armchairs, a dining table for up to 6 people, and a satellite TV (55" large-screen TV).
The bathroom on the ground floor has a shower, sink, toilet, and bidet. A washing machine is also available. There is a second guest toilet in the basement.
AIR CONDITIONING
The apartment has a pleasant indoor climate thanks to its connection to the basement. Air conditioning is available.
TERRACE & GARDENS
Directly in front of the spacious kitchen with dining table, the cozy terrace invites you to linger. The adjoining garden offers a pleasantly cool spot even on hot summer days thanks to its natural shade. For sun lovers, there is a second private garden with comfortable loungers – ideal for relaxing, reading, or simply unwinding. A BBQ grill rounds off the outdoor experience and is, of course, available for you to use.
COMMUNAL GARDEN WITH PLAYGROUND
The complex also has a large communal garden with its own playground.
POOL
The exclusive swimming pool has a whirlpool area and an integrated children's pool. During the season, it is open from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
PARKING
A reserved parking space is available in the immediate vicinity of the entrance and is included in the price.
GARAGE
A spacious, lockable garage for one car or up to four motorcycles is available on request. There is an additional charge of €9.00 per day for use of the garage.
PETS
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
LOCATION
The apartment is located in the Lugana district of Sirmione, just a 2-minute walk from Lake Garda. The public beach “Lido di Lugana” is a 1-2 minute walk away. All important amenities are nearby, such as a supermarket (4 minutes' walk), restaurants, bars, and a pharmacy (8 minutes' walk).
The Terme di Virgilio spa is only a 4-minute drive away.
The town center and Sirmione Castle (4.5 km away) can be reached in 10 minutes by car. If you prefer to use public transportation, there are 2 bus stops right in front of the building. There are also 2 free bicycles available.
